SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across India with our trusted delivery partners to make sure your Ellipses merch reaches you safe and sound. Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation along with a digital invoice via email. We typically dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date of payment. Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your dots in motion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ellipses, we currently do not offer returns, but we’re happy to help with exchanges in case of size/fit issues or if you receive a damaged product. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel great in what you wear.

If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at getintouch@ellipses.in within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Once confirmed, you can ship the product back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch your replacement within 2–3 working days. Please note, exchanges are only processed once per order and are subject to availability of the item requested.
